DAVE BREWER INC. CLOSES OVER 25 MILLION DOLLARS IN CUSTOM HOMES IN 2019

SANFORD, Florida - Dave Brewer Inc,which ranks as one of the region’s leading builders of luxury homes valued at more than $1 million, recently closed on over 25 million dollars’ worth of custom home business in Seminole, Volusia and Lake Counties .
Matt Trask, President of Dave Brewer Inc., said the homes range from 5000 square feet to over 16,000 square feet with a sales price from 1.8M to over 6M.
Trask said that Dave Brewer Inc. is currently permitting three more luxury lake front homes that are pre-sold with a price range of 1.7m to 2.5m.
“The luxury home market still seems to be strong with many clients opting for bigger and more advanced homes” Trask said.
