Matt Trask, president at Dave Brewer, Inc., said the custom home will be one of the largest custom homes ever built in Seminole county with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, movie theater, game room, wine in wine cellar and full size lazy river pool over looking a spring fed lake.

“This home is a one of a kind that features some of the most advanced smart home technology on the market” Trask said.

The home will be finished up in October 2019 and took roughly 21 months to build.
