DAVE BREWER INC. TO START $1.1 MILLION LUXURY TUSCAN HOME IN SEMINOLE COUNTY

SANFORD, Fla. - Dave Brewer, Inc., which ranks as one of the top custom home builders in the Central Florida region, will start construction within the next two weeks of a $1.1 million luxury two-story home in a gated luxury community in Seminole County.
           
Matt Trask, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the home offers 5,300 square feet of living area, a unique courtyard, five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage on more than half an acre.
