SANFORD, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., will start construction of a $1.3 million luxury home at Veramonte, located off Markham Woods Rd. in north Seminole County. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc., said the firm has acquired 11 home sites at Veramonte that range from one half acre to more than one acre in size. Rauch said Dave Brewer’s new luxury home at Veramonte will offer four bedrooms and three baths, with a three-car garage, oversized outdoor living area and game room in 4,000 in square feet of living space.
