DAVE BREWER'S , REMODELING DIVISION STARTING WORK ON THREE LUXURY HOME ADDITIONS THAT WILL TOTAL MORE THAN $1 MILLION - July 24, 2007

SANFORD, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., launched a remodeling division earlier this year to serve luxury homeowners in the central Florida region who want to expand their homes. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc., said the division is about to start construction of three new home improvement projects that will total more than $1 million. Rauch said the additions will include two luxury homes at Alaqua Lakes and one luxury home at Heathrow Woods. Rauch said the custom homebuilder will build a 3,000 square foot addition to one home. Additions to two more homes will total more than 900 square feet each.
