DAVE BREWER PROPERTIES NEGOTIATES SIX NEW LEASE AGREEMENTS FOR CLOSE TO 21,500 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE - July 17, 2002

Sanford, Fla.- Dave Brewer Properties, Inc recently negotiated six new commercial lease agreements that total more than 21,500 square feet of industrial space in Sanford and Lake Mary. Dave Brewer, founder and chief executive officer of the firm, said Kurt Anderson of Lake Mary Presidential Realty negotiated all six of the lease agreements as exclusive leasing representative. Three of the new tenants took space in a 12,000 square foot office warehouse facility Brewer will open later this month at 3985 St. Johns Parkway in Sanford Central Park. They include Chem Plus Service Systems with 3,000 square feet, the Tronex Group with 6,000 square feet and Pro Tech, Inc., with 3,000 square feet. Performance Water Treatment, Inc. leased 3,000 square feet at 4155 St. Johns Parkway and Wholesalers, Unlimited, leased 2,010 square feet at 4380 St. Johns Parkway. Island Dental Inc. leased 2,500 square feet of office space at 585 Technology Park, Lake Mary.
