SANFORD, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., which ranks as one of central Florida’s largest and most active builders of luxury homes priced at more than $1 million, wants to appeal to empty nesters with its newest design –– the Milano, a single story, 5,600 square foot luxury home at Grandview Pointe at Heathrow Country Estates in Lake County.
