DAVE BREWER REALTY NAMES HUSBAND-AND-WIFE SALES ASSOCIATE TEAM - October 16, 2006

Lake Mary, Fla. --- Dave Brewer Realty, Inc. has named a husband and wife team, David and Mary Jo Lagoe, as sales associates based at the firm’s marketing center in the Shoppes at Oakmonte, 1210 International Pwy. in Lake Mary. Patrick McGroder, director of marketing at Dave Brewer Realty, said the Lagoes, originally from upstate New York, each have been licensed Realtors in Florida for more than three years and have three years of real estate sales experience. Mary Jo holds a Masters of Science in education from State University of New York and has served in numerous civic organizations. David Lagoe earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York in chemistry. McGroder said David Lagoe has an extensive background in science, environmental protection and residential construction. The Lagoes are members of the Orlando Regional Realtors Assn. and both are members of the Florida and the National Associations of Realtors.
