BREWER SET TO OPEN $6 MILLION, 8,500 SQUARE

SANFORD, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., which ranks as one of the area’s most active builders of luxury homes priced at more than $1 million, plans to open a $6 million, 8,500 square foot “Street of Dreams” luxury home at Bella Collina in south Lake County before the Oct. 14 opening of the Street of Dreams model home tour.
Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc., said the two-story luxury home – the Venetian – offers five bedrooms, five full baths and three powder baths.
Rauch said Dave Brewer has six luxury homes under construction at Bella Collina priced in the $3 million range, two more awaiting construction permits and three more awaiting financing. For more information, contact:
