BREWER INC. REPORTS IT SOLD FOUR HOMES AT HEATHROW COUNTRY ESTATES
IN LAKE COUNTY FOR $8 MILLION

Sanford, Fla. --- The doom and gloom homebuilders are complaining about isn’t effecting Dave Brewer Inc. The custom homebuilder, which specializes in luxury homes valued at more than $1 million, reported it recently sold four homes at Heathrow Country Estates in Lake County that totaled about $8 million. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc. in Sanford said the homes range in size from 4,200 square feet of living space to 9,000 square feet. At the same time, Rauch said Dave Brewer recently started construction of four pre-sold homes at Bella Collina in Lake County that are priced at an average of $2.5 million each. Rauch said the luxury homebuilder plans to start construction within the next 30 days of two more pre-sold homes in the community. Also, at Bella Collina Dave Brewer will begin construction of a 5,566 square foot luxury spec home with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half-baths priced at $3 million. Rauch said Dave Brewer Inc. plans to open its 8,500 square foot, five-bedroom Street of Dreams Home at Bella Collina in August. The Street of Dreams exhibition and tour is slated for October.
