BREWER PRESELLS LARGEST HOME AT HEATHROW COUNTRY ESTATES FOR $2.1 MILLION

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc. recently sold the largest home built so far at Heathrow Country Estates on CR 46A and SR 46 in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the home will be 9,000 square feet with five bedrooms and seven full baths and two half baths. Rauch said Dave Brewer has started construction of a 5,600 square foot model home opening next year at Heathrow Country Estates that will be priced at $2.1 million. The homebuilder plans to begin construction of a 4,900 square foot spec home designed for empty nesters that will be priced at $2.3 million with a four-car garage. Dave Brewer Inc., which ranks as one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury custom homes valued at more than $1 million currently has 31 pre-sold luxury homes that are under construction or being permitted in Lake County, Sorrento and the Markham Woods Rd. area in Seminole County.
