DAVE BREWER INC. TO START CONSTRUCTION OF TWO SPEC HOMES AT BELLA COLLINA VALUED AT MORE THAN $2 MILLION - May 25, 2006

SANFORD, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., one of Central Florida’s most active builders of new luxury homes priced at $1 million or more, plans to start construction within the next 90 days of two luxury spec homes at the Village of Siena Villaggio at Bella Collina in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc., said both homes will be in the $3 million range. One of the homes offers 5,600 square feet of living space in a four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath design. The second home will offer 4,000 square feet of space with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Currently, Dave Brewer Inc. has 14 luxury homes under development at Bella Collina. Four luxury homes are under construction and 10 pre-sold luxury homes are in the design or permitting stages.
