DAVE BREWER SIGNS CONTRACT TO BUIILD 10TH LUXURY HOME PRICED AT MORE THAN $2 MILLION AT BELLA COLLINA IN LAKE COUNTY - April 20, 2006

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., which ranks as one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury homes priced at an average of more than $1 million, recently signed its 10th contract to build a luxury home priced at more than $2 million at Bella Collina in Montverde in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc., said two luxury homes are under construction now at Bella Collina, five more are expected to be permitted within 30 days and three are in the financing stage. In addition, Rauch said four more luxury homes at Bella Collina are in design stages now and he expects to sign contracts on those homes within the next 30 days.
