Sanford, Fla. --- Dave Brewer, Inc., which ranks as one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury custom homes priced at $1 million or more, will have 15 estate homes underway priced from $1.9 million at Bella Collina, located in Montverde off SR 445 and 50 in Lake County.
