Sanford, Fla. - Dave Brewer Properties, Inc. plans to start construction on a state-of-the-art office warehouse facility at 3965 St. Johns Parkway in Sanford Central Park. Dave Brewer, founder and president of the firm, said he plans to start construction before Dec. 1 and preleasing is underway now. The 12,000 square foot facility offers such sophisticated features as high speed Internet access.
