DAVE BREWER REALTY NAMES TWO NEW SALES ASSOCIATES - January 13, 2006

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Realty, which plans to open its administrative offices at Heathrow in February and marketing offices in the Lake Mary area in March, has appointed two new sales associates. Named as new associates by Michael Dale, sales manager for the Dave Brewer Realty firm are: Sherry Duvall and Peter J. Petrilli. Duvall graduated from Elon University in North Carolina and received her real estate license in 1992. She has more than 14 years of experience in real estate and sold property worth more than $100 million over the past five years. Petrilli is a native of New Jersey, holds a degree in architecture from the University of Miami and also attended Rhode Island School of Design at Brown University. Petrilli has three years of experience in real estate and has already posted real estate sales worth more than $50 million.
