Sanford, Fla. – From July of 2005 through the end of the year, Dave Brewer Realty ranked as the leading real estate broker at both Alaqua and Alaqua Lakes in north Seminole County. Dave Brewer, principal of the firm, said Dave Brewer Realty sales associates – Terrie Senecal at Alaqua and Peggy Graef at Alaqua Lakes played important roles in the ranking. Senecal has five years of experience and Graef four years of experience, Brewer said.
