DAVE BREWER TO BUILD ITS FIRST LUXURY HOMES AT HEATHROW COUNTRY ESTATES IN LAKE COUNTY - November 30, 2005

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., one of the region’s largest and most active builders of luxury homes priced at more than $1 million, recently acquired two home sites at Heathrow Country Estates in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc., said the homebuilder, based in Sanford, plans to build one spec home and one model home at the community located off CR 46A and SR 46 in Lake County. Rauch said the model and spec homes will range in size from 5,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet of living space and will be priced in the $1.5 to 2 million range.
