DAVE BREWER START CONSTRUCTION OF $1.9 MILLION MODEL HOME AT BELLA COLLINA IN LAKE COUNTY - October 5, 2005

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc. plans to start construction of a $1.9 million luxury model home at Bella Collina in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president for Dave Brewer Inc. said the Calando is a 5,388 square foot luxury home with four bedrooms, five full baths, two powder baths and a library. Other special features include his-and-her master baths, 12-foot ceilings and walk-in closets throughout the two-story home that also boasts a heated pool and spa. Rauch said the Calando, located on the Nick Faldo-designed golf course in the Hillcrest neighborhood of Bella Collina, will be completed in the fall of 2006. Dave Brewer has two pre-sold homes underway at Bella Collina priced in the $3 million to $4 million range, Rauch added.
