Sanford, Fla. - Dave Brewer Properties, Inc. is pre-leasing more than 28,000 square feet of office-warehouse space the development firm has under construction now in Sanford and Lake Mary. Dave Brewer, founder and president of the firm, said construction is under way now on the first 12,000-square foot phase on St. Johns Parkway in Sanford and opening schedule is set for August.
