Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc. one of Central Florida’s largest and most active builders of luxury homes priced at $1 million or more, was the first luxury home builder to start construction of a home at Bella Collina, located on Lake Sienna in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc. said the homebuilder has already begun site construction on the Venetian model home which will offer 8,554 square feet of living area with five bedrooms, five full baths and three powder baths, library, game room, computer study area as well as many other amenities. The Venetian will also be Brewer’s Street of Dreams entry which will take place in October, 2006. “We poured the footers recently, and the block walls are now going up.
