BREWER TO START CONSTRUCTION OF THREE HOMES THAT WILL TOTAL
$8 MILLION AT BELLA COLLINA IN LAKE COUNTY - May

Sanford, Fla. --- Dave Brewer, Inc., one of Central Florida’s most active builders of $1 million-plus “ultra luxury” homes, will start construction of a model home priced at $4 million at Bella Collina, located in Montverde off County Road 455 in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president at Dave Brewer, Inc., said the new home will offer 8,554 square feet of luxury living space with five bedrooms and three baths. Construction will begin in May. Rauch also said Dave Brewer will start construction in about 60 days of a second home at Bella Collina priced at $2 million, with 7,000 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and six baths. In early 2006, Dave Brewer plans to start construction of another $2 million home at Bella Collina with four bedrooms, five baths and 5,500 square feet of living space. The luxury homebuilder currently has 23 luxury homes under construction. All but one of the homes was pre-sold and all 23 will be completed before early 2006. The builder plans to start construction on the last available home site at Alaqua Lakes in Seminole County. Rauch said the 4,500-square foot home with four bedrooms and five baths and construction will start within 60 days. For more information, contact:
