BREWER REALTY’S KURT L. ANDERSON POSTS “SPEEDY SALES” -

Sanford, Fla. – Kurt L. Anderson, a real estate executive with Dave Brewer Realty recently listed one of the homebuilder’s homes in The Reserve section of Alaqua Lakes, had a contract on it within 14 days to be closed within 30 - 40 days. Patrick McGroder, sales manager of the newly formed Dave Brewer Realty based in Lake Mary, said “Kurt is a great producer, and if that wasn’t apparent enough with this remarkably quick sale, he listed a home in Heathrow’s Clubside neighborhood in North Seminole County and had a contract within 36 hours,” McGroder said. That sale closed within 30 days. Currently, Anderson has two additional Dave Brewer homes listed – A 10,000 square foot Heathrow Woods home is on the market for $3.35 million and a 6,200 square foot home at Heathrow Woods is on the market for $2 million, McGroder said.
