Lake Mary, Fla. – Dave Brewer Realty has named Kurt L. Anderson its newest sales executive, Patrick McGroder, sales manager of the newly formed realty company announced. Anderson is a multi-million dollar producer with more than 27 years of experience in residential and commercial sales, McGroder said. “Kurt is a great addition to our team,” McGroder said, adding “he brings deep experience and an outstanding track record to the table.” The realty company recently received the listings for the last two homes to be built in Heathrow Woods, as well as the last home site in Alaqua Lakes, both upscale communities in north Seminole County.
