Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Realty has named Lisa Janowitz and Timm Godby sales associates in the newly organized company, a division of Dave Brewer, Inc. Patrick McGroder, who will head up the realty company, said Janowitz, a graduate of the University of Alabama, has been a resident of the Longwood/Lake Mary area for 30 years and has more than five years of real estate sales experience. Godby attended the University of Michigan before becoming a local Lake Mary business owner. Godby has been the owner-operator of a FastSigns franchise in Seminole County for the last 12 years.
