Sanford, Fla. - (May 10, 2002) - Dave Brewer, builder of more than 500 luxury custom homes in central Florida since the 1970s, has appointed a veteran home builder to a top administrative position. Dave Brewer, founder and president of the company, said he appointed Jay Carter as purchasing and technical manager. Carter, who graduated from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, has more than 34 years of experience, Brewer said, including a strong background in home design, engineering and construction.
