Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc.’s award-winning home designs and luxury floor plans are now being marketed on HomePlanShop.com. The Internet site, according to Brewer, is a partnership between Brewer and Benie Johnson Estate Designs of Maitland. Among the plans on the site that have won the Sanford-based custom homebuilder 10 major awards in the past few years include several “Grand Awards” from the Central Florida Parade of Homes. “The website is really a catalog of our luxury house plans and include a range of styles from Mediterranean and European, traditional to contemporary, French Provencial and Victorian, English Tudor to Tuscan Provencial, to castles and Georgian mansions,” said Brewer. “We’ve already had orders from all over the world, so we’re excited about this sites’ potential.” Included in each house plan is a foundation plan, floor plans, exterior elevations, framing plans, including roof, wall sections and detailed electrical plans.
