BREWER NAMES BDC INTERIORS, INC. TO HANDLE INTERIOR DÉCOR

Sanford, Fla. – Custom Home Builder Dave Brewer has selected Sanford-based BDC Interiors, Inc. as interior decorator for its model home at the “Street of Dreams” in the upscale Bella Collina development in Montverde in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president for the Sanford-based home builder said the 8,554 square foot, two-story home will have five-bedrooms and should be completed by early 2006. It will be priced at more than $3 million, Rauch added. Bella Collina is a 1,900-acre luxury golf and equestrian community that is due to be completed in the spring of 2006. The 2006 “Street of Dreams” will be the seventh event of its type held in the Orlando area, and is expected to attract more than 40,000 visitors. The event will be held in the fall of 2006.
