BREWER INC. APPOINTS FIVE KEY EXECUTIVES -

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., one of the most active builders of luxury custom homes in central Florida and an active developer of commercial properties, has appointed five key executives, including two who will head new companies the Brewer organization is opening.
Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc., said Brewer appointed Hugh Kells project manager. Kells is a Florida certified building contractor who has more than 20 years of experience as a custom homebuilder. Todd Ross, a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in building construction, was named purchasing manager. Brewer named 30 year custom home building veteran Jay Carter to head a new construction company the group will open within the next 60 days and Brewer appointed Patrick McGroder to head operations at a new realty firm the group will open within the same time period. Brewer also named Kristine Hagar administrative assistant. Hagar, who has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, will focus on warranty services, Rauch said.
