BREWER TO START CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE LUXURY HOMES

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc. will start construction of a 10,000 square foot luxury spec home in February at Heathrow Woods in north Seminole County worth more than $2.4 million. Gary Rauch, vice president of the luxury homebuilding company, said it will take one year to build the six bedroom, six and a half bath home, which is slated for viewing in February of 2006. The Brewer group, which ranks as one of the most active luxury homebuilders in central Florida, recently engaged Maitland based Bernie Johnson to design three model luxury homes and one spec home the firm plans to build at Bella Collina in Montverde in Lake County. Rauch said two model homes will front the Nick Faldo designed championship golf course and one model home will be on Lake Siena at Bella Collina. Two four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath model homes will offer 4,500 square feet of space to 5,000 square feet and will be priced at more than $1 million. Rauch said the 5,500 square foot spec home at Bella Collina will be priced in the $2 million range. The furnished model on Lake Sienna will be in the $4 million range. For more information, contact:
