BREWER REPORTS BUYERS OF LARGEST LUXURY HOMES WANT LARGEST

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc., one of Central Florida’s largest and most active upscale homebuilders, reports that buyers of the area’s largest luxury homes often opt for larger home sites as well, even if that means buying the lot next door. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc. said buyers of the largest luxury homes seek single or double lots that range from one-half acre to two acres. The luxury homes Dave Brewer currently has under construction that range in price from $950,000 to more than $2.5 million. Four luxury homes are being built on double lots, Rauch explained, and four more on oversized home sites. Rauch said the average home Dave Brewer is building now offers 7,112 square feet of living space. Luxury homes under construction range from 4,798 square feet to more than 16,000 square feet. “About 75 percent of the homes under construction now offer more than 6,000 square feet,” said Rauch. Dave Brewer is building homes in Alaqua Lakes, Alaqua, and Heathrow Woods in Seminole County and various neighborhoods in Lake County. For more information, contact:
