BREWER SELLS TWO LUXURY HOMES FOR MORE THAN $4 MILLION BEFORE CONSTRUCTION

Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer Inc. recently sold two luxury homes at Bella Collina in Lake County before construction could even get underway. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer Inc., said the custom homebuilder closed on the home sites at Bella Collina and sold both homes on the same day. “More than half the time we start construction of a spec home it sells before construction can be completed,” said Rauch. The homes will be built at Bella Collina, located off Hwy 50 and 455 near Montverde. Rauch said one of the homes was priced at $2 million. The other, priced at $2.5 million will feature five-bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths with about 7,000 square feet of living space. For more information, contact:
