Sanford, Fla. – Dave Brewer, Inc. recently ranked the fourth largest custom homebuilder in Central Florida, has sold four homes priced at $900,000 or more at Lock Leven, located off SR 44B and U.S. 441 in Lake County. Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said two homes are under construction now, one was recently completed and another is in the design stage.
