Sanford, Fla. --- Dave Brewer Inc., one of Central Florida’s most active luxury custom homebuilders, recently started construction of a new luxury spec home at The Enclave at Alaqua Lakes in Longwood. Gary Rauch, vice president of the homebuilding company, said the luxury home offers nearly 9,000 square feet of living space with six bedrooms, six full-sized baths and two powder baths. The home sold for approximately $1.9 million before the footers could be poured, Rauch said. Currently, Dave Brewer has 20 new homes under construction at an average sale price of more than $1,000,000. Three of the luxury homes under construction are in Lake County, the rest in Seminole.
