DAVE BREWER HAS 23 NEW LUXURY HOMES UNDER CONSTRUCTION NOW LAKE COUNTY IS NEWEST LUXURY MARKET FOR CUSTOM HOMES - May 3, 2003

Sanford, Fla. --- Dave Brewer, one of Central Florida's oldest and most active builders of upscale, luxury custom homes, currently has 23 homes underway in Seminole and Lake Counties. Dave Brewer, founder and president of the firm, said 14 of the homes - all pre-sold - will be completed by the end of summer. The average price of the homes, according to Brewer, is $900,000. Last year Dave Brewer built and sold 19 luxury homes. This year, according to Brewer, the company expects to build and sell 28 homes. One of the homes the builder now has under construction is priced at more than $4 million and Brewer said the location is "top secret." But there's a good chance the home is in Lake County. "Lake County is showing signs of being the next Seminole County," said Brewer. "There aren't as many luxury club communities, but a lot of luxury homebuyers who want the privacy of country living and the comfort of a luxury custom home are looking for homesites in Lake County, Brewer said.
