DAVE BREWER PROPERTIES, INC. STARTS CONSTRUCTION OF 12,000 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE / WAREHOUSE FACILITY IN SANFORD CENTRAL PARK - May 8, 2002

Sanford, Fla. - Dave Brewer Properties, Inc., a division of luxury home builder Dave Brewer Inc., has started construction of a 12,000 square foot office-warehouse facility on St. Johns Parkway in Sanford Central Park. Dave Brewer, founder and president of the firm, said he has already begun pre leasing the facility, which is divided into four individual office-warehouse bays with 3,000 square feet each. The facility will open in August. Brewer said he plans to break ground soon on a second office-warehouse facility of 16,000 square feet.
