DAVE BREWER, INC. HAS FOUR MULTI MILLION DOLLAR HOMES UNDERWAY IN LAKE AND SEMINOLE COUNTIES, THREE MORE IN PERMITTING

SANFORD, Florida - Dave Brewer, Inc. one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury custom homes valued at $1 million or more, recently started construction of four new multi-million dollar luxury homes in Mount Dora, Heathrow Woods and on Lake Harris in Lake County.
Matt Trask, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the four luxury homes will total more than 20,000 square feet of living space and valued at over $13 million total.
Trask said Dave Brewer, Inc. is currently permitting three more luxury home construction projects at Alaqua Lakes in Seminole County and in Volusia County’s Spruce Creek Fly-In that will total more than 13,000 square feet.
“The luxury custom home market has weathered the recession and we’re seeing big signs it is coming back with pent up demand,” Trask said.
“Luxury home buyers who put off their decision as the economy recovered are now making plans to start on their dream home and we foresee steady growth throughout the coming year, Trask said.
