DAVE BREWER, INC. TO START CONSTRUCTION OF TWO LUXURY HOMES VALUED AT MORE THAN $3 MILLION

SANFORD, Florida - Dave Brewer, Inc. will start construction of a 6,500 square foot lakefront luxury home in the Mount Dora area within the next few weeks.

Matt Trask, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc. said the contemporary design luxury home valued at $1.5 million was custom designed to take advantage of the lake views from every room.

Trask said the luxury home builder will also start construction of a two story Mediterranean-style home in the Markham Woods area of Longwood. The 5,000 square foot luxury home, valued at $1.6 million, will feature four bedrooms, four baths and a four car garage on a one acre home site in a gated neighborhood.

Dave Brewer, Inc. was recently voted the best custom home builder in the region in an Orlando Business Journal readers poll – the third time in the past four years that the home builder has been recognized by the publication as the region's best.
