DAVE BREWER INC. TO ENTER 6,200 SQUARE FOOT LUXURY MARKHAM WOODS ROAD AREA HOME IN CENTRAL FLORIDA PARADE OF HOMES

SANFORD, Fla. - Dave Brewer, Inc., has entered a 6,200 square foot luxury home in the Central Florida Parade of Homes, starting April 2, 2011.

Matt Trask, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the pre-sold home features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, one-of-a-kind kitchen, and a custom home theater-game room with three-way bar.

The French inspired design also features natural stone flooring, vaulted ceilings with wood beams and an expansive pool and spa area, Trask said.

The new home is located in Longwood off Markham Woods Road.
