DAVE BREWER PROPERTIES TO START CONSTRUCTION OF 12,500-SQUARE FOOT SANFORD OFFICE BUILDING - October 23, 2002

Sanford, Fla. - Dave Brewer Properties, Inc. will start construction of a 12,500-square foot, single-story office building at 3965 St. Johns Parkway in Sanford on Dec. 1. Dave Brewer, president of the commercial development firm, said Kurt Anderson of Lake Mary Presidential Realty has been named exclusive leasing agent for the property. Preleasing of the state-of-the-art facility is underway now, Brewer said. Brewer, one of Central Florida's most active luxury home builders, has developed six commercial buildings on St. Johns Parkway that total 80,000 square feet of commercial space.
