SANFORD, Fla. --- Dave Brewer, Inc., which
ranks as one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury
homes valued at more than $1 million, has appointed Ken Anderson project
manager for its remodeling division, Dave Brewers Constructors, Inc.
Gary Rauch, vice president at Dave Brewer, Inc., said Anderson has
more than 32 years of home building experience.

“ Ken Anderson earned his Florida contractor’s license
in 1984 and he has more than 10 years of experience managing luxury
home remodeling and new home construction,” said Rauch.
Recently, Dave Brewer, Inc. reported its remodeling division had projects under
way valued at more than $1 million.
“ In a slow housing market, remodeling has really taken off,” said
Rauch. “Labor costs and even some materials costs have come down and many
luxury home owners would prefer to enlarge or improve their existing homes rather
than buy new homes,” Rauch said. |
