DAVE BREWER INC. COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF MILLION DOLLAR LUXURY HOME FOR EMPTY NESTERS AT MAGNOLIA PLANTATION IN LONGWOOD

SANFORD, Fla. - Dave Brewer Inc., which ranks as one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury homes valued at more than $1 million, recently completed construction of a 5,000 square foot luxury home with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths at Magnolia Plantation, located off Markham Woods Rd. in Longwood.

Gary Rauch, president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the million dollar plus presold home was designed on a three quarter-acre home site as the perfect empty nester home.
