DAVE BREWER INC. COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF 8,500 SQUARE FOOT HOME WINDERMERE SOLD $2.8 MILLION

SANFORD, Fla. - Dave Brewer Inc., which ranks as one of the region’s most active builders of custom homes priced at more than $1 million, recently completed construction of a $2.8 million luxury home in Windermere with 8,500 square feet of living space.

Gary Rauch, president of Dave Brewer, Inc. said owners of the two-story, six bedroom home requested many unique features, including a 360 degree Infinity pool and full inhouse automation system complete with LCD touch screens.
