DAVE BREWER INC. STARTS CONSTRUCTION OF $1.5 MILLION, 5,600 SQUARE FOOT LUXURY HOME AT BELLA COLINA IN LAKE COUNTY

SANFORD, Fla. - Dave Brewer, Inc., which ranks as one of the region’s most active builders of luxury homes priced at more than $1 million, recently started construction of a 5,600 square foot luxury home at Bella Colina in Lake County.

Gary Rauch, president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the four bedroom, four bath home sold for more than $1.5 million.

Rauch said Dave Brewer Inc., has underway four additional luxury homes at Bella Colina worth a total of more than $6 million.
