SANFORD, Fla. - Dave Brewer, Inc., which ranks as one of the region’s most active builders of luxury homes priced at more than $1 million, recently acquired one of the last remaining half acre home sites at Alaqua Lakes, located off Markham Woods Rd. in Seminole County.

The golf course home site has an exciting destiny in store: Dave Brewer, Inc., plans to start construction of a 6,000 square foot, four bedroom luxury home in the next 60 days.

Rauch said the one story ready-to-move-in home, to be priced in the $1.8 million range, will likely sell before it is completed.
