DAVE BREWER INC. ACQUIRES 11 HOME SITES AT VERAMONTE, SEMINOLE COUNTY'S NEWEST LUXURY GATED COMMUNITY

SANFORD, Fla. - Dave Brewer, Inc., which ranks as one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury homes priced at more than $1 million, recently acquired 11 home sites at Veramonte, located off Markham Woods Rd. in north Seminole County.

Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the home sites range from one half acre to one acre.
