DAVE BREWER INC. TO BUILD CUTTING EDGE ENERGY EFFICIENT LUXURY HOME IN SEMINOLE COUNTY

SANFORD, Fla. - With the demolition of an existing home on 2-1/2-acres in the Tuscawilla area, Dave Brewer, Inc. plans to start construction over the next 30 days of a new cutting edge energy efficient luxury home.

Gary Rauch, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the new 5,700 square foot luxury home will be totally energy-self-sufficient with solar energy power generating systems and energy efficient appliances, engineering and design.

When completed, the home will be priced at $1.5 million
